about Isabella
I spent 13 years as an elite powerlifter, setting 8 world records in the squat. For years, i would live and breathe the sport as both coach and athlete. i grew up in sweden, moved to australia on my own, and spent a decade self-employed as a personal trainer and online coach, after hosting my own seminars in around 50 countries.
After working with over 500 clients, i used my experience to help coaches structure and sell their offers. And i kept seeing the same thing: brilliant coaches with years of depth, worn out by a business that had turned into a mess, and no story in their content at all. or highly empathetic people with both degrees and years of athlete experience, waiting to feel ready to start.

that is completely fine. we walk you through messaging, content, and sales step by step.
how much time do i need to dedicate each week?
around 3 to 5 focused hours a week is plenty. each step is broken into bite-sized actions so you can build momentum without sacrificing your daily routine.
